NIP Group Inc. (NASDAQ: NIPG), a prominent digital entertainment firm, has announced a strategic multi-year partnership with the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) aimed at fostering growth in the gaming, media, and entertainment sectors in Abu Dhabi.
This five-year partnership will see ADIO play a key role in supporting NIP Group’s regional expansion. As part of the agreement, NIP Group will benefit from financial and non-financial growth opportunities totaling up to US$40 million over the next four years. The Company will establish its global headquarters in Abu Dhabi, creating local employment in the esports and gaming sectors. Additionally, NIP Group will enhance its operations in critical business areas such as esports, creative studios, game publishing, events, and talent management.
Through this collaboration, NIP Group will also provide expertise to ADIO, advising on gaming and esports strategies, while jointly contributing to the growth of the gaming ecosystem in the UAE.
