Voldex, a top creator of immersive gaming experiences on Roblox, has officially acquired Brookhaven, the platform’s largest life simulation game and a consistent top-three title by concurrent users. With an impressive 60 billion visits and over 120 million monthly active players, Brookhaven continues to be a dominant force in the Roblox ecosystem.

This acquisition strengthens Voldex’s mission to deliver engaging and long-lasting gaming experiences that unite players. By adding Brookhaven to its portfolio, Voldex now reaches over 145 million monthly active users, making it the largest Roblox developer by audience, according to the company’s estimates.

The acquisition was completed through an agreement with Brookhaven‘s creator, Wolfpaq. Voldex CEO Alex Singer expressed enthusiasm about the deal, stating: “This acquisition is transformational for Voldex. We’re honored that Wolfpaq has entrusted us with Brookhaven. We’re committed to being great stewards of the incredible world he has created and the vibrant community that makes it special.”

Wolfpaq also shared his optimism for the game’s future under Voldex’s leadership, saying: “I am excited for Voldex to continue building upon what makes Brookhaven fun for players worldwide, and for our dedicated fans and players to continue being whoever they want to be in Brookhaven RP.”

Voldex secured the acquisition through recent capital-raising efforts, with equity financing led by Raine Partners, the growth equity fund of The Raine Group, along with contributions from Makers Fund, QIA, MIT, Tirta Ventures, and Lalotte Ventures. As part of the investment, The Raine Group’s Managing Director, Dara Leung, will join Voldex’s Board of Directors, while Partner Todd Rosoff will serve as an Observer.
