Aptoide, the well-known independent app store, has officially launched Aptoide for iOS across the European Union (EU). This means iPhone users in EU countries can now access the first free alternative app store on iOS. It gives users more choices beyond Apple’s App Store and brings new possibilities for downloading and exploring apps.
Aptoide for iOS first became available in June 2024 as a beta version. Since then, tens of thousands of early users have tried it out to access games in a new way. Now, it is open to everyone in the EU, making it easier for iPhone users to install and play games without being limited to Apple’s App Store.

Along with the launch, Aptoide has introduced a special App Versions feature. This allows users to install and play older versions of their favorite games, which is something not possible through Apple’s App Store.
