B2B and B2C platform gamescom asia and Thailand Game Show, a popular B2C gaming showcase are joining hands to create the largest gaming event in Southeast Asia. After four successful editions in Singapore, gamescom asia will move to Bangkok, Thailand, merging with Thailand Game Show.
This merger brings together two major gaming events, gamescom asia, known for its global business and industry-focused presence, and Thailand Game Show, the region’s biggest consumer gaming showcase. This is a combined event set to take place from October 16 to October 19, 2025, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
The new gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show will feature a business area, an industry gaming conference, and an entertainment zone with major game showcases, esports tournaments, cosplay, and live experiences.
The most recent gamescom asia event in Singapore which was from October 17 to October 20, 2024, welcomed over 40,000 attendees from 78 countries, while the 2024 edition of the Thailand Game Show which also ran in October from 18th to 20th saw over 185,000 visitors and 50 exhibitors.
Industry leaders from Koelnmesse, Show No Limit, and the German Games Industry Association are organizing the event, with Thai government agencies like depa providing strategic support. For more information, you can check out the official gamescom.asia website.
